It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface. It’s been such a mess I can’t imagine other companies not having similar struggles but I can’t find anyone who is also on this new platform. I’m starting to feel like we’re the Guinea pig for this new system.

Building an enterprise platform takes years, and once you start you’re stuck with the architecture you start with. Aaron said Lyric gives HR deeper insights into a company’s organizational structure.
